In operation now for over 7 years, this fully customised competency management system enables colleagues to perform self assessments against benchmarked roles and then review the training available to them to achieve the required standards.

Alongside this, our client’s HR, Transformation and Succession Planning teams are able to review the assessments to identify gaps or skill surpluses for the business and upskill/reorganise as appropriate.

Admin users are able to customise the competency models and group competencies into roles and clusters. They can associate these competencies with existing training and their eLearning platform.

The platform provides a global skills matrix, identifying talent and gaps within the organisation. Evolved over the years, the product has grown to accommodate many different business units such as HR, Health & Safety, Business Development and Training.
