JELLYHAUS PORTFOLIO PROJECT & ENTERPRISE SOLUTION CASE STUDY

Historically a collection of unbranded documents, PepsiCo Quality, Food Safety and Scientific & Regulatory Affairs department approached Jellyhaus to assist in collating and aligning with the core PepsiCo brand their Competency Model, which assists PepsiCo employees to plot their career progression and provide information on training available to achieve their goals.

This document has been also translated into content for the web, using the PepsiCo internal portal – myPepsiCo. This utilised our capability of producing curated content within the constraints of an existing CMS/CRM (in this case, IBM WebSphere).

As an extension of the intranet customisation work we completed for the PepsiCo Quality team, we custom built a self assessment and training course management tool to enhance the teams CPD offering to its employees and associates globally. The system allows a user to log in (via SSO), complete a self assessment against (configurable) role competencies and identify gaps in their learning.
